What is a Soundbath? Am I bathing? Yes! You are washing away stress, pain and anxiety thru sound and vibration. I invite you to bring a yoga mat, lay down and allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to embrace you. As your body relaxes into the sounds, your mind will soon follow. Most participants say they have never experienced such a deep sense of peace and mental clarity. People say meditation is hard and yoga forces you to move. This does neither, you just lay, listen and drift off into effortless bliss!
